Hospitality Audits
Customers who visit pubs, restaurants or hotels do so with preconceived expectations of their experience, and getting the foundations right for this will make or break a business’ ability to meet and exceed those expectations.
Every year we carry out extensive hospitality based re:confirm audit programmes, conducted by ex-managers from within the industry. The audits cover every operational aspect of a location to ensure brand standards are continuously met.
These hospitality audit programmes include a combination of:
Front & Back of House Assessments – These comprehensive audits measure processes and location compliance which include exterior and interior appearance, cleanliness and maintenance standards as well as bar stock levels and presentation and any health and safety procedures.
Product Quality Assessments – Consistent standards and delivery of products are essential to the customer experience. These audits ensure adherence to meal specifications, temperature checks and portion sizes to help manage wastage and stock control. Beer storage and hygiene levels are also measured as a key quality indicator.
At the end of every audit, our auditors have structured debrief sessions with location managers and provide feedback on their findings along with support, advice and guidance about what can be improved.
