re:confirm auditors are specifically recruited for each programme based on their experience and knowledge of the industry whether this is retail, pubs/restaurants or hotels.  The auditors are trained professionals who have an eye for detail and a passion for supporting the store staff to succeed.

Our nationwide team of auditors allows us to mobilise and implement campaigns at short notice. Ahead of any project, our dedicated training team provides training and maintains regular contact with the auditors, providing guidance and feedback throughout the campaign.

Support at location level is vital to ensuring future campaigns are effectively executed. At the end of the audit, our auditors provide structured debrief sessions with the location managers to review the results, discuss any challenges they are facing and provide advice and guidance.
