Our auditors use a combination of PC Tablets and PDA’s with wifi and 3G connectivity as standard to provide results in real-time. The ability to record information both on and offline, has been built with speed of information in mind, so loss of internet connection does not mean loss of work.
Our bespoke re:confirm software and PC Tablets allows our auditors to capture photographic images and with the touch screen text conversion, auditors are able to write directly onto the tablet and attach notes to each image.
Results are available with tailored user access to the Retail Eyes re:view online reporting and analysis suite, allowing users at a variety of levels to track, trend and analyse their results. Alert notifications can also be triggered in real time to supply teams where POS has not been delivered to store and for replenishments to be sent.
